The Ascent Park City Progress Video
September has brought exciting progress as the Ascent continues to climb skyward. With the building progression, Westland Construction and trade partner offices have relocated to the Level 0 parking area. This relocation provided more space for material storage on-site making better use of the project’s time and resources. Another progress highlight includes the concrete pouring of the final footings and walls in Level 0 Area A, solidifying a strong foundation as we continue to build upon it.
The Podium Level concrete is now 60% complete, and it looks like framing for the upper podium level is on the horizon. Finally, the Concrete Masonry Unit stair shaft #3 will be completed by the end of September.
September was a busy month with significant progress, and October promises to bring the start of new elements on the building. Our crews are doing great work, and we are excited to see the progress October brings!
