Construction Update

We are thrilled to share the latest construction milestones for The Ascent Park City! In November, significant progress included the completion of Level 4 board pour, pool wall installations, and key mechanical and exterior tasks. December brought further advancements, with drywall installation, insulation work, and mechanical updates across multiple levels. Notable exterior finishes, elevator installations, and finalizations of air barriers highlight the steady momentum as we approach project completion. Estimated completion is second half of 2025. We will keep you informed with further updates as we move forward.
